1. Apple Standard EULA (Governing Terms for iOS)

If you downloaded MindSparkle from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

If anything on this page conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls for iOS users.

2. MindSparkle Service Addendum (Applies in addition to the EULA)

This addendum describes how the MindSparkle service works (accounts, subscriptions, and AI features). It does not replace the Apple Standard EULA.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

User Content & AI

• You retain ownership of documents you upload
• You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service (e.g., summaries, quizzes, interview practice)
• AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying important information

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or bypass usage limits
