How do I upload documents?

Tap the Upload button in Documents and choose your file.

What file types are supported?

PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Images are supported for OCR.

How do I create flashcards?

Upload a document and choose Generate Flashcards, or create manually.

Can I study offline?

Yes. Downloaded materials and flashcards are available offline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly inside the app:

• Open MindSparkle
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete Account and confirm

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data (documents, flashcards, chat history, and subscription records) from our servers.

What data is deleted?

• Your email address and user profile
• All uploaded documents and files
• All AI chat history and mind maps
• All flashcard decks and quiz results
• Purchase history records stored by MindSparkle
• Device identifiers linked to your account

Some data may be retained by third-party payment processors (e.g. Apple / Google) as required by law.

If you cannot access the app, email support@mindsparkle.cloud with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 7 days.
